If it were, it would at least have slanted DIMM slots and maybe Rage XL graphics (for the extra ~30 CAD). The true rackmount Athlon motherboards from Tyan are the 2462 and 2468. And now, hooray, the 2468 is available sans SCSI for 150 CAD less
