[Beowulf] New Daylight savings times rules and Linux OS updates?

As per the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (H.R.6.ENR), new daylight saving will start on the second Sunday of March and end in first Sunday of November starting 2007. I was just wondering whether there is any update to reflect this change for Linux OS machines running different versions of Fedora Core. Thanks.
