I don't have numbers, but I would be very interested in them too. I imagine that the guy who did this: http://www.mini-itx.com/projects/cluster/ probably has some. Hopefully he will share them with the list. - Gardner Original Message: Return-Path: <beowulf-bounces at beowulf.org> Wed, 23 Jun 2004 06:16:26 >Received: from scyld.penguincomputing.com [64.240.166.233] by mail.hoggssoftware.com with SMTP; > Wed, 23 Jun 2004 06:16:26 -0600 >Received: from bluewest.scyld.com (localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1]) > by localhost.localdomain (8.12.11/8.12.11) with ESMTP id i5NBj4Gh012366; > Wed, 23 Jun 2004 04:45:34 -0700 >Received: from leitl.org (leitl.org [217.172.178.65]) > by bluewest.scyld.com (8.12.11/8.12.11) with ESMTP id i5NBj0FG012354 > for <Beowulf at beowulf.org>; Wed, 23 Jun 2004 04:45:01 -0700 >Received: by leitl.org (Postfix, from userid 500) > id 92FF13A8326; Wed, 23 Jun 2004 14:00:08 +0200 (CEST) >Date: Wed, 23 Jun 2004 14:00:08 +0200 >From: Eugen Leitl <eugen at leitl.org> >To: Beowulf at beowulf.org >Message-ID: <20040623120008.GZ12847 at leitl.org> >Mime-Version: 1.0 >User-Agent: Mutt/1.4i >X-Virus-Scanned: clamd / ClamAV version 0.70, clamav-milter version 0.70j >X-Virus-Scanned: clamd / ClamAV version 0.70, clamav-milter version 0.70j >Cc: >Subject: [Beowulf] VIA C3 benchmarks? >X-BeenThere: beowulf at beowulf.org >X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.4 >Precedence: list >List-Id: Discussion of topics related to Beowulf clusters <beowulf.beowulf.org> >List-Unsubscribe: <http://www.beowulf.org/mailman/listinfo/beowulf>, > <mailto:beowulf-request at beowulf.org?subject=unsubscribe> >List-Archive: <http://www.scyld.com/pipermail/beowulf> >List-Post: <mailto:beowulf at beowulf.org> >List-Help: <mailto:beowulf-request at beowulf.org?subject=help> >List-Subscribe: <http://www.beowulf.org/mailman/listinfo/beowulf>, > <mailto:beowulf-request at beowulf.org?subject=subscribe> >Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="===============1738186097==" >Sender: beowulf-bounces at beowulf.org >Errors-To: beowulf-bounces at beowulf.org > > > >Has anyone built a toy cluster from fanless VIA EPIA devices (I realize >they're unsuitable for numeric work, and would need a fan if mounted a la >blades)?
