Grrr, the PCI interface code changed, yet again.  Without informing anyone,
testing the impact, or thinking about an even better way to do it.

(Yes, it was probably mentioned in one of the zillon/week messages on
linux-kernel, but that's not exactly useful.)

I probably won't get to a fix for a few day.  The fix will likely involve
using my pci-netif.[ch] interface.  That means downloading two additional
files when you use a driver with the new kernel.
