21143 Debug

Hi... I'm running the tulip drivers on a 21143-TD (with MII), which is 
wired directly onto an embedded Pentium board we made here (nothing 
strange... should be a generic implementation).

I just discovered that version 0.90k does not work for me- but 0.90f does. 
 I'm not sure what the problem is yet, but I'd like to track it down: 
here's what I'm wondering:

Were versions g, h, i, j ever made available?  I would like to see exactly 
which change broke me.
