[eepro100] Unresolved symbols, pci-scan.c/eepro100.c and 2.2.19-6.2.16enterprise redhat 6.2

Sigh...

OK, I need to figure out how to detect this in the Makefile.  I don't
have a copy of Red Hat's Enterprise server, so I can't find out myself.

Does __module__enterprise  show up in the include files in
   /lib/modules/2.2.19-6.2.16enterprise/kernel/include/
