[Beowulf] why we need cheap, open learning clusters

I use the term "personal workstation cluster" when describing a
Limulus. The "workstation" implies a more technical machine.

"personal supercomputer" works well for headlines, but
I believe the terms "personal" and "supercomputer" are
somewhat orthogonal.
