He currently works for a phone company, so the amount of data is quite 
large, but the usage pattern is probably quite different.  As far as skill 
level, I would rate him much higher than any of the folks I work with as 
far as being a sysadmin.

So, any good info on kernel configuration when I go to build a new rpm? 
There are a huge number of options and you have obviously gone through 
them much more recently than I have.
