It's actually a VIA C7-D. Way worse than a Celery in absolute performance,
but might be okayish to stellar in terms of Ops/Joule.

Has a real RNG as well as AES and SHA-1/256 as well as a Montgomery
multiplier. Sounds good for a firewall, except even here you'd want
Intel NICs.
