The goal of IFIP International Conference on Network and Parallel
Computing (NPC 2005) is to establish an international forum for engineers
and scientists to present their excellent ideas and experiences in all
system fields of network and parallel computing.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Parallel & Distributed Architectures
Parallel & Distributed Applications/Algorithms
Parallel Programming Environments and Tools
Network Security
Network Storage
Advanced Web and Proxy Services
Middleware Frameworks and Toolkits
Cluster & Grid Computing
Ubiquitous Computing
Peer-to-peer Computing
Multimedia Streaming Services
Performance Modeling/Evaluation

Submitted papers may not have appeared in or be considered for another
conference. Papers must be written in English, and they should be at most
12 pages long in total, less than 6000 words, including bibliography and
well-marked appendices. Authors also need to make sure that the
electronically submitted files will print on a PostScript printer that use
8.5§ç11 page paper. All submitted papers should be in PDF format. Author's
instructions can be found here.

The conference proceedings of NPC 2004 has been published by Springer
Verlag in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) 3222 (cited by
SCI). And the conference proceedings of NPC 2005 also will be published by
Springer Verlag in the LNCS Series (to be confirmed), and cited by SCI.


Submission procedures will be available via Web access before long (no
email submission allowed). When the paper is received correctly, a
confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail. If no electronic

Submissions received after the due date or exceeding the length limit may
not be considered. Notification of review decisions will be sent out by
July 15, 2005. Camera-ready manuscripts and registration will be due by
September 1, 2005.
