You are of course referring to the 2460 and 2466, which are not meant (especially) for rackmount servers. If it were, it would at least have slanted DIMM slots and maybe Rage XL graphics (for the extra ~30 CAD). The true rackmount Athlon motherboards from Tyan are the 2462 and 2468.

And now, hooray, the 2468 is available sans SCSI for 150 CAD less
