I suppose you mean RedHat Linux 7.3  (or SuSE?)...

In any case, it sounds like you want something like MOSIX - take a look
at www.openmosix.org

MOSIX will make your machines "seem" like they're really one big
machine. Whether that is *actually* what you want, I don't know, but you
can take a look at the MOSIX site, try installing it, and see if you
like it.
