Broadcom NIC supports jumbo frames?

Hello,

We've got a cluster with GigE NICS with Broadcom chips.
ifconfig says,

Broadcom BCM5703

and the driver that is loaded is 'bcm5700'. I assume this is the
Tigon3 stuff?
I looked at the tg3 driver in the 2.4.20 kernel and I see that
it supports jumbo frames. I want to make sure this is true. Is
anybody using NICs with the same chipset? Are you running
jumbo frames?
Just to be sure, if we are running jobs on this cluster, ALL of
the nodes have to have a MTU of 9000 (I found that wasn't set
correctly). Anything thing else I should check? (we're having
MPI jobs fail after we switched all of the nodes to jumbo
frames).

TIA!

Jeff
