I just found in documentation that gridengine supports batch job dependency which I desperately look for (so far having found it in PBS only, but I am unable to run PBS on Scyld). So I am willing to join the work. Anybody knows how hard it is (would be) to run gridengine on Scyld Beowulf? Thanks Vaclav
