Linux GigE alternatives to the GNIC-II include the Acenic from Alteon,
the 3COM 3C985, and  NetGear GA620.

All three are supported by the same driver, by Jes Sorenson of CERN.

I know the Acenic supports jumbo frames; my guess is, since they use the
same drivers, the others do too.

I'm quite pleased with the stability of this driver.
