[vortex] Full duplex with 575 in Windows but not Linux

Hi,

I've been fiddling with my laptop for a while now trying out different
drivers to try to get it to do full duplex to no avail.

I've tried various options to force it but none did anything at all and
using the mii-diag to force it doesn't work since it doesn't think it's
capable of doing FD for some reason I'm yet to understand.

Windows sees it fine and the extra lights on my switch light up
obligingly (and more importantly it transfers files faster :)) but with
the linux driver it doesn't seem to do it.  This is with the driver in
2.4.17 and with Donald Becker's driver.

I did look at the source but it seems to totally trust the EEPROM and I
don't really know what I'm /meant/ to have in my EEPROM to say "Yes, I
can do FD, honest, guv".

Index #1: Found a 3CCFE575BT CardBus adapter at 0x4000.
