[vortex] 3c905B with debian 2.4.12 and driver LK1.1.16

Hi!

Sad but true, after switching from 2.2.14 to 2.4.x (.5,.9,.13 - doesnt matter) I have tons of problems with the same card.
Especially when "enable_wol" is set the card stops working after a few days (error messages see below) or doesnt even start to work.
I have to make a power off/on to get the card working again. Also resume-on-lan (not wakeup-on-lan) doesnt work anymore.
Right now the only possibility I see is turn enable_wol off if it is set or otherwise go back to kernel 2.2.x which works like a charm for me.
Of course both of them are not always possible :-(
