If you *really* are using 90.0.0.*: STOP DOING THAT!

Use either the numbers assigned to you by your upstream, or use rfc 1918
space for internal networks. Don't assume you can use random IP space. 

Also: try not to force things the card can find out for itself. FD and
100Mbit should only be forced if auto-negotiation fails.
