[vortex] 3Com 3c905C, 3c59x.c:v0.99H and WOL - fix.

Hi everybody,

I needed wake-up (WOL) to work with 3c59x.c:v0.99H (with the latest
modifications by Andrew Morton as this is the one shipped with RH62) and my
3Com 3c905C-TX-M. I'm running RedHat 6.2 with Linux 2.2.16-3. I added WOL to
the driver and it works fine.

If anybody wants/needs it, mail me. I'll make it available on my web-site once
I get the time to make it :)
