Kernel: stock 2.2.16 and Debian woody prepatch of 2.2.17 (both)

  Enabling bus-master transmits and whole-frame receives.

General system info: Dell Dimension XPS T700r -- Pentium III Coppermine 700MHz
                     256 MB RAM (probably only 128MB were seen on that boot,
		     though)
