3c905b problems

netmask ought to be 255.255.255.0
and broadcast 164.107.60.255

the way configured below, packets that are destined for 164.107.x.x
addresses don't look like they need to be sent to the gateway, and thus aren't
getting off your 164.107.60 subnet.
