So you have the card waiting for packets (NULL pointer in DownListPtr)
while the Tx ring is full. This is caused by the race that was discussed
on this list. All of Donald's drivers (including 0.99P) are broken WRT
this race. Try using the driver at:

This is a known software problem. Your hardware is OK...
