RX packet errors problem

So do you have any other suggestions as to why I might be getting these RX
packet errors?  Am I in the right place, suspecting the driver?  Or might
it have something to do with the kernel?  If so, are there any further
diagnostics I can run to try to figure out what the problem is when I run
Linux as opposed to NT?
