compile error with 3c59x.c v0.99Ka and 2.2.7

Hmmmm, there is nothing there that should be a problem, unless you have some
header file that redefines a common name like 'AckIntr'.
As usual "it works for me".  (Not an excuse, just a statement that it's
not hopeless.)

Is anyone else experiencing this problem.
