This seems to be the only solution now. MII transceiver is not detected at
boot time. Without any option, it is automatically set to promiscuous mode
and eth0 disappears. But after a while, the diag program detect the MII
successfully. Setting options=6 can prevent falling into promiscuous mode,
but there is a long delay and IP seems not working  properly although I can
manually set IP settings afterwards. Right now, dhcpd fails at boot time but
static IP works smoothly. Hope this will help you pin down the problem.
