Question!

I have a Dell Dimension XPS T500 P]I[ 500mhz system, this is a brand new system with a 3Com 3C905C (Tornado) network card. This card functions flawlessly under 98SE and W2000 RC1. But under REDHAT I cannot get it to initialize properly.

I have used KERNELCFG and LINUXCONF to configure the interface properly using the 3c59x module.
I installed RedHat 6.0 2.2.5-15 and it didn't detect my card!
So then I upgraded the Kernel to 2.2.5-22
Then I configured using KernelCFG the alias and configured using LinuxCONF an ip address and eth0 and the module 3c59x
But if I reboot, even from a cold reboot, it would say DELAY INITIALIZING ETH0 on the bootup phase.
So I MOVED the network card to another slot, now it Says OK for ETH0 initialized but when I type IFCONFIG it only shows LO, no ETH0. IF I ping my ip it does not work, only LO 127 works. If I type INSMOD 3c59x I get a DEVICE OR RESOURCE BUSY

Any ideas?!? I am not familiar with compiling the 3c59x.c or the vortex-diag.c so I haven't tried them, but I though upgrading the kernel to the latest i686 build Redhat has 2.2.5-22 would get the driver to be pretty current.
Have you run into this problem on the TORNADO? What should I look for to fix this? Could you send me a compiled 3c59x.o beta and a compiled vortex-diag for a i686 or similiar like a i586/i486 system running Redhat?

I didn't mean to bother you with this but I have tried every route, Knowledgebases, IRC, 3Com, Dell.
