[tulip] IRQ unknown for Accton EN-1216 (ADMtek Comet)

I think I have the same problem.
My notebook is Medion MD9583 with Athlon4 1GHz, VIA Chipset, S3 Graphics,...
and a minipci combo Modem/Ethernet. The Ethernet chipset is a ADMtek
Centaur.P AN983AL and the modem is a Lucent Winmodem (doesn't work but no
matter). I'm installing Linux mandrake 8.2 and Debian Cid unofficial (2.4
kernel).
I get messages like those you get but I'm now sure the problem comes from
the IRQ settings which is set to 10 for my modem and my pcmcia controlers
too. So if someone knows how to modify IRQs or something like that...
My card reports IRQ 10 under windows but 0 with lspci
