Hmmm, those are not "closed source" drivers.  They are, plain and
simple, copyright violations.  That is tulip.c with the identification
removed.

Conexant support exists in my driver, but not the driver branch
distributed with the kernel.

This is just a (now slightly old) version of my driver, with a Makefile
for a few new distributions.
