[tulip] Please help... maze of twisty passages w/Linksys PCMPC200

I'm a bit lost, here, and would love a pointer or two.  I've recently
installed redhat 7.2 (kernel 2.4.7-10) on a old thinkpad 240 laptop.
It has a Linksys etherfast 10/100 cardbus pc card, ver. 2 PCMPC200.

I've added a section to /etc/pcmcia/config.opts:

	card "Linksys PCMPC200"
	    pci 0x8086, 0x7192
	    bind "tulip"

But when I boot, I get a high beep and then a low, sad beep. :(

I'm confused.  Do I need to build a tulip_cb module?  What's the
relationship between cb_shim, pci-scan, and hotplug?  I'm lost.
