[tulip] Netgear FA5111 Cardbus PC card

What is the correct set of drivers I should be using with a Netgear 
Cardbus FA511 PC card?

I currently have stock 2.4.17 and pcmcia-cs-3.1.31.

The tulip_cb.c in the pcmcia-cs package is
    tulip.c:v0.91g-ppc 7/16/99 beckers@scyld.com ...etc

This driver works most of the time but a random times the card gets a
"transmit timed out message, status fc664010, CSR12 00000000, resetting..."

The driver attempts a reset but it never works and hangs the network 
interfaces.
