[tulip] TOO MUCH WORK...

Running Linux 2.0.38 as a router, Kingston 21140 cards, with tulip
v0.95.

During nightly 'maintenance' runs involving disk copying and
other jobs, we get this error message.

     Is this serious?

There is significant traffic going through the router from eth0,
eth1, but hopefully it can handle more in the future, just testing for the
moment.

     Thanks Homer
