[tulip] Linksys NC100 v2 and MDK Kernel 2.4.3

Just trying to make sure I get all the necessary drivers and any advice for
the tulip driver used with a Linksys NC100 v2 ethernet card installed on
Linux-Mandrake Kernel 2.4.3.

My understanding currently is that I need to download and compile the
tulip.c and the kern_compat.h source files.  Are there any additional
instruction which might insure that the installation is accomplished without
a problem.

Would appreciate any feed back on this.
