[tulip] DC 21041 - Disabling the link beat test

I tried the new version above, and compiled it with no problems. put it in 
my init script and i recieve the following output on reboot:

tulip.o unresolved symbol pci_drv_unregister
tulip.o unresolved symbol pci_drv_register
------------8<------end cut-----------------
it does find the proper card, the correct IRQ and IO address.
it didn't say anything about no link beat or about what type it was at or 
switching to (i.e 10baseT,10base2,etc)
