On a i386 box running SuSe 6.4 with a patched 2.2.13 kernel and a
dual port SMC card. I get the following messages:

The driver never is able to recover from this and thereafter
will not send or receive data. Turning on any tulip debugging
results in a hiesenberg problem.

We have been using version 89H with no problems and it is always
able to recover from being overloaded. It is also results in
much slower throughput so we would like to upgrade, but we need
a driver that can recover from being overloaded.
