[tulip] Linksys LNE100TX version 4.0 (more information)

I don't have a 2.4preX kernel installed, I'm using 2.2.16 SMP.  I do have the
new 2.0 drivers installed from the tulip web site though.  Are the 2.4preX
drivers any different than the ones on the tulip website?
