You may be having a "double whammy" problem.. 1. IRQ not detected right, and
2. That particular card may need a modified driver (the 82c115 needs it)...


As the error tells you, you need to make sure it is assigned an IRQ first.....

If its the new 2.0 release of the card (if it has WOL, then its the new
version of the card) you need to use the modified linux driver off the second
disk.
