It's low-cost 21143 based card. I found out that it works with tulip.c driver only if it is connected to a longer cable (I have another 21143 based card from another manufacturer - I think it's UMAX - which works with the shorter, about 2.5m cable). Is this acceptable and it will work flawlessly with longer cables or should I stay away from it? Thanks, D.
