Yes, both with this driver version and the previous one that was in use 
(see below).

Yes I have seen this message before, as recent as today, but not with 
this current driver version (not yet anyway), only with the previous 
driver version which was "tulip.c:v0.92 4/17/2000".

So we're missing a Tx done interrupt eh?  Perhaps is not seated 
properly?  It's in a 2U case and so the card lays parallel to the 
motherboard and is inserted in a PCI riser board that sits in the 
motherboard slot.  These riser boards have been a problem in the past; 
they seem to break the PCI spec (notably in regards to PCI vid cards). 
Although we use both these risers and linksys cards almost everywhere....
