Technical response:
It is the same problem: The preprocessor bug is with whitespaces on
continued lines.  Either joining the lines (making them more than 80
columns) or adding extra whitespace works around the problem.

Personal response:
I wasn't complaining about money, I react negatively to _demands_ for support
when you are someone else's customer, and they were the cause of the bug.
(Why didn't Caldera provide a precompiled update rather than point to Scyld?)

It's ironic that you state that I'm "unprofessional" in a diatribe justifying
your demand for unpaid support.
