Problem with KNE110TX: won't tx/rx

I have a Kingston KNE110TX.  Under Windows 98, it works.  Under Linux
(RedHat 6.0 stock - kernel rev 2.2.5-15) I could only ping it.  Downloaded
latest tulip.c, installed it, still can only ping it.

Here is the relevant information from dmesg:
