Netgear FA310TX and Adaptec SCSI cards

Hello all....

For a while I was having trouble with a Netgear card (actual Digital chip). I
finally found that if I take out the Adaptec SCSI card the Netgear card worked
great. Well I can't work w/o the SCSI hard drives so by chance I tried a 3Com
905 card with the latest driver by Donald v99H. The 3Com card worked great
with the Adaptec card. Large FTP (150+MB files) and backups via Samba ran
great without the card dying at all.

I noticed in some info on the driver web pages about IRQ conflicts, and about
a SA_INTERRUPT flag. I checked the module source for the Adaptec card
(aic7xxx.c) and saw this flag seemed to be compiled in. I didn't try compiling
the SCSI module without this since the 3Com card wored fine.

Perhaps the SA_INTERRUPT is interferring with the tulip driver and Netgear
cards? Maybe there's something done in the 3Com card driver that can be added
to the tulip driver so they both work?

Just a thought...
