Second Puzzle Piece?

Now that we all know " How to Build a Beowulf", is any one working on the companion volumne " How to Program a Beowulf"?  And yes, I know all the information is out there.  And yes, I know there are books on parallel programming and specific implementations.  It just sure would be nice to have a compedium as a quick reference.

As an aside, has anyone been in contact with Intel regarding porting VTune to Linux?
