DEC is selling 575 and 625 mhz parts of the 21264 in their new alpha
servers. samsung is currently manufacturing 21164's out to 667 mhz.

They (neither dec nor samsung) seem to be selling the 21264 as an oem part
yet, nor are they selling boards that support it, so getting your hands on
one seems to be mostly a question of purcahsing an alphaserver 800 or
larger.
