[realtek] Problems!!

It sounds like a routing issue.

To be able to help, we'll need a lot more info..

-Do you have both cards in the system at once?  
-IP addresses of the one/two cards and windows box
-your network setup
-output of 'ifconfig'
-output of 'route -n'
