[realtek] Multicast problem with RealTek?

turns out this is not the case.  It did for for minutes (maybe 40?) but
after restarting a test, with just one receiver, it did fail within a few
minutes - so it doesn't seem to be the number of groups, or even the
aggregate data rate, but some random race.  Ideas?
