[realtek] problem:hp pavilion with realtek on redhatv7

i have an hp pavilion 8776c computer ,which comes with
a realtek 8139 built in. I am trying to install redhat linux
version 7. I have updated the drivers to the latest
available. The drivers do not seem to work.
I have also added a linksys lne100tx (v 2) with same problem

i get the follow message on bootup

The PCI BIOS has not enabled the device at 0/144!  Updating PCI command
0003->0007.
