Message with the last realtek driver

Hello

i had installed the realtek 8139 v 1.08 driver on my linux box. The old
version was v 0.99B.
When the system start, i've got this message in the logfile.

Nov 12 08:21:11 mail kernel:   The PCI BIOS has not enabled the device at
0/112!  Updating PCI command 0003->0007.

The network seems run well but can you explain me what this message means ?
