Forcing to use 10MB FullMode

Hi,

 I'm using rtl8139.c source code to get my network card to work.
 Unfortunally, I think i'm using cables with category 3 and so that i
never can get 100MB. Always get errors on loopback test.
 I would like to know if there's any option for rtl8139.c to change the
network card link speed from AutoMode for 10MBFullDuplex.
