[eepro100] A Linux driver from Intel ?!!

It performed better for me on the 2.2.19 and the 2.4.3
kernels.  The eepro driver would complain about interrupts
sometimes, and go real slow when I tried to force lots
(~70Mbps bi-directional) over it.  The e100 did not seem to
have those problems, even at high speeds...

That said, I've been running the eepro100 driver on
the 2.4.4 kernel lately, at slower (~40Mbps) speeds and it
has been doing fine...
