[eepro100] FYI Intel 82559 and Cisco Catalyst incompatibilities

FYI, the 82559 adapter does have the ability to sense and indicate the 
link speed without autonegotiation,  the adapter indicates the link 
speed through a status bit, but cannot switch link speed by
itself,  hopefully the eepro100 driver does the work.
